Check-in with room assignment is guaranteed from 2:00 PM.
If you arrive early, you can still enjoy all the services, including lunch. We'll check to see if we can deliver your room as quickly as possible and let you know as soon as it's ready.
If you arrive after lunch, you can make up for it on the day of departure by requesting a packed lunch the previous evening.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM. The room must be vacated by that time, and services end with breakfast.
To avoid long lines or waits, we recommend settling your bill the evening before or during your stay.
PLEASE NOTE: The beach service ends the day before departure.

A reservation is considered confirmed if followed by a deposit of 30% of the total stay amount, to be sent within 7 days of receiving the confirmation, unless otherwise specified in the quote or any ongoing promotions.
Yes, of course, it is possible to cancel a reservation.
Following the booking, a 30% deposit is required to be sent within 7 days:
- in case of cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date, the amount paid will be fully refunded;
- in the event of cancellation from 29 to 15 days before the scheduled arrival, a voucher will be issued which can be used within 1 year from the date of issue at all Color Holiday properties and is transferable to third parties;
- If the cancellation is communicated within the last 14 days before arrival, the entire amount paid will be retained.
30% of the amount paid will always be subject to the cancellation policies of the COLOR HOLIDAY GUARANTEE.
Depending on when the cancellation is made, the payment will either be refunded by bank transfer, a voucher will be issued, or the amount will be retained. The remaining balance will always be refunded by bank transfer, even if the cancellation is made just a few days before arrival.
Here’s Green Village’s policy regarding early departure:
- for stays of 1 to 3 nights, a minimum charge of 3 nights at non-discounted rates will apply;
- for stays of 3 to 5 nights, only the nights actually stayed will be charged, at non-discounted rates;
- in case of serious illness or bereavement (with certificate), only the nights stayed will be charged, with any discounts or promotions originally applied remaining valid.

At Color Green Village, 1 or 2 children up to 18 years old stay for free in a room with 2 paying adults.
Your stay can be paid for directly at the property by cash, debit card, check, or credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
Yes, it is possible to pay in installments.
Scalapay lets you purchase your holiday and pay for it in 3 or 4 convenient installments of the same amount, interest-free.
You can pay both the deposit and the full balance in installments. Let us know your preference when booking, and we'll send you a dedicated email with all the instructions.
HeyLight lets you purchase your holiday and pay the balance in convenient installments: from 3 to 12 depending on the cost of your stay.
Just one point to note: once the deposit has been paid, regardless of the payment method used, it is no longer possible to pay the balance in instalments.
